Apparently there's not appreciated these days because when I tried to return an item which I had the receipt I was denied. I've always had my receipt and I just was awarded a settlement for being hit by a drunk driver so of course I started going on a spending spree namely in your store. Several items I did not like and I returned them now they say I've returned too many items.
