I checked online before heading out, and my local Harbor Freight actually had it ready to go. It saved me a ton of driving around town, which was really nice. Pickup was super easy and I didn’t have any issues at all.

I ordered a few tools from harborfreight.com and they got here faster than I figured they would. The box had a small ding on it but everything inside was totally fine. Tracking updated well too. It wasn't perfect but overall I was happy with it

I was able to find what I needed in the end, so the search does its job okay. But this is where it got annoying: the menus felt kind of messy, and I had to click around more than I expected just to get to the right place.

"Easy exchange and still a good deal"
I bought a rotary tool kit online because the price was way better than what I was seeing elsewhere, but when it showed up, one of the attachments was missing. I figured I was going to have to deal with a bunch of hassle, which would’ve been annoying even for a cheaper item.
I took it to my local Harbor Freight and just pulled up the receipt email on my phone. The guy at the counter looked it over really quick and swapped it out for a new kit right there, no arguing or runaround.
The whole thing took maybe 10 minutes. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it was simple, and I appreciated not having to waste time or spend extra money fixing the issue. For the price and how easy the exchange was, I’m happy with it
"Missing part, but they actually sorted it out"
My order showed up missing a part, which was annoying. I’m always a little skeptical when companies start with the polished “we value your experience” type replies, but to be fair, they did get the missing piece sent out and fixed the issue. Not perfect, but they handled it

I signed up for the Inside Track Club kind of thinking, alright, let’s see if this is actually worth it. I buy tools and garage stuff often, i’m not patient enough to mess around with coupons or complicated deals. But this has been easy. The member prices kick in without any hassle in the store, and I’ve already saved more than what I paid to join. So yeah, it paid for itself quick

"My Harbor Freight account login works most of..."
My Harbor Freight account login works most of the time, but every now and then it randomly makes me reset something or re-enter info without really explaining why. After a while, that starts to make me wonder if the site is glitching or if something’s off with my account. The pages are a little slow too, which doesn’t help. I can still get in to check my orders and coupons, but the whole thing feels less reliable than it should.

"The coupons are honestly useful"
I mostly use harborfreight.com just to check coupons before I buy tools. The discounts are easy enough to find, thankfully, and they’ve saved me a decent amount. It’s not exactly fancy or exciting, but it does what I need it to do, so I can’t really complain too much.

"My order was out of stock but it went okay"
I ordered something and then it turned out they didn’t have it in stock, which was a little annoying but not really their fault I guess, since these things happen. They emailed me fast about it and the refund came through without me having to argue or chase anyone. So even though I didn’t get the item, I still feel like it was handled fine.

"Pretty solid floor jack for the money"
Picked up a floor jack from Harbor Freight it worked better than I thought it would. It lifted my truck without any trouble and felt sturdy the whole time. I’ve used it a handful of times now and haven’t had any issues. For the price, I’m happy with it.

I had to reach out because my order was missing a little part. They replied quicker than I thought they would and helped get it taken care of. Had to send one more email to clear it up, but it wasn’t a big deal. Decent experience overall, 4 stars.

I ordered a few tools on harborfreight.com and picked them up at my local store later that day. The email came fast, I walked in, gave them my name, and they had everything sitting behind the counter. Took maybe 5 minutes total. for a place where I usually expect to wander around pretending I know where anything is, this was painless. Everything was right, the staff was nice, and it was way easier than hunting through the aisles myself.
