"great tools LOW price"
I have bought allot of tools from harbor freight both power tools and hand tools tarps car covers all were good and when my 3/8 to 1/4 adaptor keeps breaking they always replace it one power tool the switch was bad but i had no receipt and i just bought new one i recommend them tools lasted long enough

"No longer reluctant"
I have always been reluctant to purchase larger power tools from HF. When I needed parts to repair a demolition hammer, I learned parts were not available as the hammer had been discontinued. I went to the Bloomington, IN store where Faith, the manager, addressed my concerned by giving me credit towards a new hammer. I will now always shop first at HF for my power tools.

"I love it"
Not all items are recommended as some have no quality whatsoever. I carefully measure the job I am performing and look closely at the tool I am looking at before buying. I cannot say that all have worked good but most of the ones I have purchased have done a great job for a fair price. So, I recommend this place, I like it.

Great return policy on shaver. Return for exchange for ANY reason, they don’t ask why. Very helpful employees!

"Great customer service!"
I've been a Harbor Freight customers for years. I learned today the gentleman that has helped me on numerous occasions in Statesboro, Ga. - is the manager. He is always so customer friendly and goes the extra mile to assist you while in the store. Kudos to you and the example you set your your staff. Thank you for always being so helpful. "Shortage of parts resolved immediately!"
I recently purchased an item that required me to put it together. As I neared completion, I realized that I was 8 nut and bolt combinations short. I went back to HF, told them of my problem, and the manager on duty immediately resolved the problem.
I did not give 5 stars because some products are poorly made, and don’t hold up. But for the prices we should not expect the same level of quality as high end, professional level gear.

For my purposes I am very well satisfied with the items I purchase at HF.

"Cant beat their prices"
Cant beat their prices, end of story. But their shipping is super slow and customer support can modify your order AT ALL. I have never experienced that before. If you are willing to have patience and wait, I would recommend. Otherwise buy locally.

"Excellent resource for DIY"
There's some good stuff in here. Not everything in here should be expected to last; a lot of it will get a job or 2 done and save a bunch of money for a rarely used item before it breaks. But they do offer many long lasting tough items too though. That's the difference between the $5 item and $20 item that have the same function in these stores. Exchanges are easy and warranty exchanges taken without questions. Buy the level you need. One use? Get the cheapie. Many uses? Buy the nicer version!

"Good for a lower price tool"
I have shopped Harbor Freight for a lot of years now and I personally like them. Their tools may not be as good or last as long as your $100-$200 tools but when money is an issue they work just fine and last long enough.

I have a love for power tools and I could spend hours at Harbor Freight just looking at the tools. Great quality as well.

Has anyone tried calling harbor freight parts if so did you ever get in touch with anyone? i have sat for hours on end several times for weeks and months sometimes phone died and still no answer very poor customer service. all i want to do is order few parts for machine that i puchased from harbor freight please someone help me

“According to the store you HAVE to go through there phone customer service yet when I have tried calling now for 2 weeks it says you must contact us online, and then tells you of a dead address to go to and hangs up”

“I cannot see the particular part you are inquiring about, but could you make something to work?  I am thinking you are referring to the notched piece that the handle locks into.  Remember, you do not need to duplicate the piece, just make one that works.  If you want to send me a picture I would have a better idea.  I do have the smaller one which I think is similar.  mountainsofwv@gmail,com  Jim”
